    在既有自行車道動線上，新增小美軍沙灘及喜樹作為休憩節點，並在海岸側設置林間步道，成為黃金海岸觀光迴圈；也增設服務設施(廁所及沖洗設施)，並修繕沿線欄杆，在鋪面繪製在地特色圖案改善海岸線的指引，強化縱橫向的串聯。

    為提升黃金海岸入口的自明性，改造台86端景以迎賓，並在船屋南側外牆設置網格屏幕，將活動延伸到夜晚；活化南區親水公園，打造自然式遊戲空間、無邊際沙池及重新規劃停車場空間。整合大臺南濱海休憩廊帶，建立黃金海岸特色品牌，再創海岸聚落新風貌。

    嘉南大圳為日治時期建設之重大水利工程活古蹟，2022年已完成北幹線堤頂自行車道基礎設施建置，形成串聯起雲嘉南平原地區的水圳綠道。本案延續前期綠道基礎，以優化整體自行車道遊憩服務及增加騎乘舒適度為目標，期望能帶來更優質完善的騎乘體驗。

    本案將加強栽植自行車道沿線原生喬、灌木植物；優化並新增休憩節點與亮點營造；加強指引解說設施豐富環境教育意涵；以及強化沿線安全設施，提供國人連續、舒適且安全的騎乘路線。

    透過水圳綠道優化工程，將增加800株喬木與13,000株灌木的綠化量，提升水圳綠道碳吸存的生態效益；水工構造物解說設施的設置結合水利與歷史文化，配合休憩點及亮點的營造，貫穿臺南農村田野人文風光的北幹線自行車道，成為具有豐富文化歷史意義的戶外教材，在安全舒適的騎乘體驗中，一同見證孕育嘉南平原的水利古蹟。

    The Chianan Irrigation System, a significant historical water engineering project from the Japanese colonial era, completed the foundation of the Beigang Line bike path in 2022. This bike path now connects the Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan plains as part of a waterway greenway. This project aims to build on the existing greenway foundation to enhance recreational services and improve riding comfort, providing a more refined cycling experience.

    The plan includes increasing the planting of native trees and shrubs along the bike path, optimizing and adding new rest areas and highlights, enhancing informational and educational signage, and strengthening safety features to offer a continuous, comfortable, and safe riding route.

    The greenway optimization project will introduce 800 new trees and 13,000 shrubs, boosting the ecological benefits of carbon sequestration. The installation of educational features about water engineering and historical culture, combined with new rest points and highlights, will enrich the bike path through Tainan`s rural and cultural landscapes. This enhanced route will serve as a valuable outdoor educational resource, showcasing the historical significance of the Chianan Irrigation System while providing a safe and enjoyable cycling experience.
