旗山溪左岸-旗尾地景暨創生環境改造工程設計及監

過去曾因製糖產業繁榮之旗尾地區，而後逐漸淡出旗山地區發展的舞台。國道10號開通後雖帶來觀光產值及交通便利，惟現況地區門戶意象薄弱、缺乏連貫，且溪畔休憩環境簡陋，高雄市府因而自107年起與台糖公司合作推動糖廠轉型為農創園區。

本計畫以「建立東高雄新鄉村產創門戶」、「縫合旗山溪水岸、旗糖與社區空間」及「打造城鎮防洪減災宜居環境」等三級規劃願景執行推動，將藉由延續過去城鎮風貌計畫推動成果，並以建立符合SDGS-11/13指標之城鎮環境為目標，做為新鄉村運動之示範場域持續改善創生環境空間。

整體園區設計將運用低衝擊開發手法整備，提升環境容受力，輕減極端氣候影響。另藉拆除或打開廠區圍牆，翻轉社區門面，建立糖廠、聚落共生關係，同時利用回收磚材，結合旗山地區製糖歷史意象，以強化旗糖園區內外與地方歷史文化連結。

結合旗尾產業、自然地景元素，以韌性防洪為主軸改善園區排水及綠地空間，並透過減量設計去除不必要的人工設施，進而營塑自然、好使用、好維護之使用環境。

Sugar Train at the Background

The modified topography is designed to provide informal seating opportunities integrated within the landscape.

Flagstone trail walkways are introduced within the natural areas, allowing vegetation to grow between the stones while providing a comfortable and immersive walking experience for visitors.
