水圳綠道北幹線臺南段優化工程
嘉南大圳為日治時期建設之重大水利工程活古蹟，2022年已完成北幹線堤頂自行車道基礎設施建置，形成串聯起雲嘉南平原地區的水圳綠道。本案延續前期綠道基礎，以優化整體自行車道遊憩服務及增加騎乘舒適度為目標，期望能帶來更優質完善的騎乘體驗。
本案將加強栽植自行車道沿線原生喬、灌木植物；優化並新增休憩節點與亮點營造；加強指引解說設施豐富環境教育意涵；以及強化沿線安全設施，提供國人連續、舒適且安全的騎乘路線。
透過水圳綠道優化工程，將增加800株喬木與13,000株灌木的綠化量，提升水圳綠道碳吸存的生態效益；水工構造物解說設施的設置結合水利與歷史文化，配合休憩點及亮點的營造，貫穿臺南農村田野人文風光的北幹線自行車道，成為具有豐富文化歷史意義的戶外教材，在安全舒適的騎乘體驗中，一同見證孕育嘉南平原的水利古蹟。
