竹溪水岸改善及環境營造設計監造案
為使竹溪尋回往昔竹溪煙雨勝景，臺南市府開啟一系列竹溪整治計畫，現第一期之水岸園區與第二期之體育園區已完成。承續於竹溪森林園區營造內容，改善竹溪橋至金湯橋間，曾為荷蘭時期重要狩場，現仍保留原始自然森林場址的哈赫拿爾森林河段，藉由生態工法改善竹溪兩岸護岸，拓展河川棲地環境。
以保留森林原始風貌為原則，竹溪左岸設置水岸自然步道，右岸則結合民眾參與設置手作步道，提供民眾悠遊於森林水岸，探訪古狩獵場址的路徑，並營造親水小溪、生物觀察及棲地空間，令長處喧鬧市區之民眾享有原始林中鳥語花香森林水岸生態。
運用「低碳」及「減量」設計改善竹溪哈赫拿爾森林水岸環境，提供民眾訪古尋幽的野趣秘境，再現荷治時期古狩場，成為市區生態旅遊新亮點。

竹溪整體改造以近自然河溪生態工法為原則，以輕量、低碳、生態設計為理念，減少沿岸人工化設施、營造多樣性生物棲地、增加生態綠地綠覆率達成綠色減碳效益，並兼顧河川治理、營造親水環境及景觀美化。
