臺中市柳川
為宣導都市地區非點源污染控制之重要性，並推廣國內外常利用於非點源污染控制之LID（Low Impact Development）-BMPs工程作為，本工程擬於中正柳橋至民權柳橋河段辦理LID-BMPs示範工程，配合水質淨化場完工後，以打造LID-BMPs示範區為目標，運用源頭控制概念進行雨水控制與利用，於空間配置控制地表逕流路徑與流量，以達到降低洪峰流量、延緩洪峰到達時間、改善降雨地表逕流水質、增進環境生態品質、綠化景觀、確保水路環境基流量。
實質設計內容包含：河岸兩側街道改造、,生態雨水儲留池、行道樹、透水性鋪面、滲透帶(井) , 地下水撲滿、生態草溝及緩衝帶、指標系統及環境教育等設施。
