臺南運河橋體燈光及周邊景觀重塑工程
臺南運河擁有豐富的歷史和文化底蘊，是臺南最具代表性的河廊。市府近年積極推動「運河星鑽計畫」，除了提升生活環境品質，亦新建２座橋梁改善兩岸之間的交通。隨著運河周邊的景觀綠帶及人行步道的營造，開始重視都市夜間的活動空間。
因應未來作為「臺南四百年」的活動場域，本計畫以「再現運河風光、營造河畔舒適散步道、創造永續生態環境」作為目標，打造日夜景優美的運河。
以「古都新生、魅力運河」作為整體規劃願景，連結水岸、生態、綠帶等周邊遊憩資源，以臺南運河的歷史和文化底蘊為基礎，創造一個充滿活力且富有故事性的城市空間，並透過光環境營造，給予各個橋體不同主題氛圍的燈光，結合夜間照明，打造舒適的水岸景觀，賦予城市夜間新風貌，創造一個兼具歷史文化和現代氛圍的休閒觀光運河廊帶。

採環保減量的設計原則，將基地內材料再利用，減少能源消耗並達到資源循環效果；適地適宜的植栽選種，增加城市碳匯、提升景觀及綠化成效，落實固碳效益；以不過度干擾生態營造光環境，並遵循2050淨零排放，達到永續低碳。
