114年度澄清湖等公園綠地景觀改造工程委託規劃設計及監造技術服務案(開口契約)

本案旨在提升澄清湖區域整體綠地品質與功能。面對設施老化、生態薄弱與使用需求多元等問題，計畫以打造兼具生態保育、環境教育與人本尺度的複合式休憩空間為核心，回應永續城市發展目標。

前期已完成地況、氣候、生態與人文等全面調查，發現動線混亂、生態機能不足與服務設施待優化。對策包括導入生態工法、優化遊憩路線與強化綠基礎設施，提升民眾遊憩體驗。

設計強調永續與生態導向，塑造澄清湖為區域性生態核心，透過綠廊串聯周邊，採用低碳建材與高綠覆設計，營造具示範性的學習與遊憩環境，成為高雄環境永續發展的重要據點。

The 2025 transformation focuses on solving “visual fragmentation” by replacing a cluttered system of over 340 inconsistent signs with a sleek, unified Corporate Identity System (CIS). This new approach uses a sophisticated colour-coding logic—deep red for cultural memory, green-blue for the waterfront, and earthy green for ecological zones—to help visitors subconsciously identify their location. Beyond aesthetics, the signs are engineered for the future, featuring multi-language support and QR codes that offer instant access to digital maps and environmental education. By using modular designs and sustainable materials, the park ensures that its new wayfinding system is not only easy to maintain but also reinforces Cheng Ching Lake’s image as a world-class, inclusive landmark.
